Focus
The last thing we need to heal ourselves is focus. Being conscious about what we put our attention on. To focus on healing instead of illness. To focus on what makes us happy instead of talking ourselves down. To be grateful for what we already achieved instead of focusing on what went wrong. To focus on our own truth instead of pleasing others. We all have the answers inside of us to heal and to know what our soul wants, we only need to learn to access the information through focus.
Over the years I read many books and discovered beautiful sites and YouTube clips that really helped me to focus on my inner journey.
Affirmations
Through all the physical and emotional pain I experienced during my inner journey, the book “You can heal your life” of Louise Hay, supported me the most. For many illnesses she explains the metaphysical cause behind the illness and the affirmations to use to change your thought patterns. But only saying them is not enough, you have to believe that you are capable of changing your thoughts.
I mention also the book about chakras, because for each chakra there are powerful affirmations to open them again.
Twin souls
Last, but not least, I share some books that really supported my own journey. A twin soul is an intense soul connection with someone thought to be a person’s other half, sometimes called a “mirror soul”. It’s based on the idea that sometimes one soul gets split into two bodies. One of the main characteristics of a twin soul relationship is that it will be both challenging and healing. This is due to the mirroring nature of a twin soul; they show you your deepest insecurities, fears and shadows. But they also help you overcome them, and vice versa. Your twin soul will be equally affected by you.
